Pioneered by previous CMLI Regional Officers of Visayas, these active youth leaders dedicated their time, experiences, and passion to continue their service to the Filipinos, successively pursuing positive change and development. Through different projects and activities, the CMLI JC-AA Visayas will continuously embody and extend its advocacies to the Filipino youth and will forever keep the Balboa Flame ablaze.
