The 4th Tabaco City Youth Congress: PAGSIBOL 2026 brought together young Tabaqueรฑo leaders for two days of learning, connection, collaboration, and action at The Blu Hotel, Tabaco City.

๐ŸŒŸ DAY 1 opened with meaningful conversations through the Advocashape Sessions, where inspiring speakers shared their knowledge and experiences on youth leadership, digital responsibility, sustainable development, and creating projects that leave a lasting impact. From understanding the SDGs and turning goals into action, to becoming responsible digital leaders and designing initiatives for sustainable change, the sessions reminded us that leadership is not simply about having a title, it is about having the courage to turn ideas into action.
Beyond the learning, participants built connections through Getting to Know Activities, the Unity Dance, and Socials Night, proving that sometimes, the strongest movements begin with simply coming together.

๐Ÿ”ฅ DAY 2 continued the momentum with more opportunities for collaboration, empowerment, and purposeful leadership. It served as a reminder that every young Tabaqueรฑo has the power to become a catalyst for change, because leadership begins when we choose to step forward and make a difference. The three-day convention was filled with leadership trainings, fellowship activities, meaningful discussions, outreach programs, and opportunities to exchange ideas and best practices, strengthening the commitment of every Junior Jaycee to create positive change in their respective communities.
