✅ 𝗔𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲?
Ayon sa Art. 694 ng Civil Code, ang nuisance ay anumang gawain, kondisyon, o bagay na:

- Nakakasama o naglalagay sa panganib sa kalusugan o kaligtasan
- Nakakainis o nakakasakit sa pandama (annoys or offends the senses)
- Sumasalungat sa kagandahang-asal o moralidad
- Humahadlang sa malayang pagdaan sa pampublikong daan o tubig
- Nakakaabala o nakakasagabal sa paggamit ng ari-arian

✅ 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗡𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
Kahulugan: Isang gawain o kondisyon na nakakaapekto sa komunidad, kapitbahayan, o malaking bilang ng tao, kahit hindi pantay ang epekto sa bawat isa.

Halimbawa:
- Malalakas na karaoke, sound system o street parties na nakakaistorbo sa buong barangay
- Pagtatapon ng basura sa ilog na ginagamit ng publiko
- Pagtatayo ng istruktura na humaharang sa pampublikong daan

✅ 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗡𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
Kahulugan: Isang gawain o kondisyon na lumalabag lamang sa pribadong karapatan at nakakasama sa isa o iilang tao.

Halimbawa:
- Ingay mula sa kapitbahay na nakakaistorbo sa iyong pamumuhay
- Amoy mula sa katabing negosyo na umaabot sa iyong property
- Pagtatayo ng pader na humaharang sa iyong tanawin

✅ 𝗠𝗴𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱𝘆𝗼 𝗔𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘀

- Abatement: Agarang pagpapatigil o pagtanggal ng nuisance
- Injunction: Utos ng korte para ipatigil ang nuisance
- Danyos: Paghingi ng bayad para sa pinsala o abala

Kung kayo ay nakakaranas ng Public o Private Disturbance o Nuisance, makipag-ugnayan kaagad sa inyong Barangay o dumulog sa mga ahensya ng gobyerno tulad ng Philippine National Police (PNP)

Easement Against Nuisance Article 682 of the Civil Code of the Philippines (RA 386) provides a legal basis for individuals to seek relief from nuisances caused by neighbors or nearby property owners. Here's the full text and explanation of Article 682:

Article 682: "Every building or piece of land is subject to the easement which prohibits the proprietor or possessor from committing nuisance through noise, jarring, offensive odor, smoke, heat, dust, water, glare and other causes."

Important Update!

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has officially expressed its support for the Anti-Noise Crusaders of the Philippines Inc. in our mission to create peaceful and healthy neighborhoods.

The PNP has directed all its units nationwide to:
✅ Respond to noise complaints and public disturbances
✅ Provide police assistance for noise abatement
✅ Enforce local ordinances and noise control standards
✅ Work closely with DENR, DOH, and DILG for a comprehensive approach

This is a big step toward protecting everyone’s right to a balanced and healthy environment. Let’s continue working together for quieter, safer, and healthier communities!
