Sunday is a good time to practice this.

The coffee that's actually hot. The light through the window. The fact that you woke up and the day hasn't asked anything of you yet.

Your mind is scanning for threats constantly, even on rest days. When you deliberately notice what's good, you redirect that scan. You're giving your mind new data to work with. That shift is measurable and it starts in seconds.

Send this to someone who needs a slower Sunday. 🧠💛

Simply be true to yourself, of course without harming others, and wish people well who misunderstand you. 🌿

It's okay. Let people misunderstand you.
