Mr. Mamadsual is a dedicated public servant and human rights advocate committed to advancing excellence in good governance, community service, and human rights protection. He actively contributes to programs that promote transparency, accountability, and the protection of human dignity within local government operations.
Holding a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (2024), Mr. Mamadsual combines academic knowledge with practical governance experience to implement initiatives that benefit his community and foster responsible public service.
Through his dedication to public service, advocacy, and professional growth, Mr. Mamadsual continues to inspire colleagues, community members, and aspiring public administrators while strengthening governance and human rights practices.
