For three remarkable decades, the Voice of the Youth Network has served as a platform where young Filipinos are heard, inspired, and empowered to create positive change.

What began as a simple dream became a nationwide movement that opened microphones, stages, classrooms, and communities to countless young voices. It proved that the youth are not merely the leaders of tomorrow. They are leaders today.

This celebration honors every young broadcaster, campus journalist, speaker, volunteer, mentor, partner, and dreamer who became part of our journey. Some found their confidence behind the microphone. Others discovered their purpose through service. Many became professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, advocates, and leaders who continue to use their voices for the greater good.

For 30 years, we did more than teach young people how to speak. We encouraged them to think, listen, serve, and stand for something meaningful.

Because a powerful voice is not measured by volume. It is measured by the lives it touches and the change it creates.

As we celebrate our 30th AnniVoicesary, we honor our history while preparing for a new generation of Filipino voices. In an age of artificial intelligence, digital media, and global communication, our mission remains clear: to help every young Filipino discover their voice and use it with courage, creativity, responsibility, and compassion.

Thirty years of voices.

This is not simply an anniversary. This is an AnniVoicesary, a celebration of every voice that found the courage to speak and every young person who chose to make that voice matter.

Today, as the world celebrates International Youth Day, we also mark a historic milestone: 30 years of the Voice of the Youth Network!

Since 1996, VOTY Network has been informing, inspiring, involving, and empowering young Filipinos through broadcasting, communication, leadership, and community service.

For three decades, we have believed that the youth are not merely the leaders of tomorrow. They are leaders today. Their ideas matter. Their dreams deserve support. Their voices must be heard.

Thousands of young broadcasters, campus journalists, speakers, volunteers, advocates, and changemakers have found their confidence and purpose through this movement. Many began behind a microphone and eventually became professionals and leaders who continue to serve their communities.

As we enter a new era shaped by digital media and artificial intelligence, our mission continues. We will help the next generation use their voices with courage, creativity, responsibility, and compassion.

A powerful voice is not measured by how loud it sounds. It is measured by the lives it touches and the positive change it creates.

We proudly welcome Mr. Mohaymin M. Mamadsual, MPA, Administrative Aide at the Municipal Government of Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, to the ERIO community!

Mr. Mamadsual is a dedicated public servant and human rights advocate committed to advancing excellence in good governance, community service, and human rights protection. He actively contributes to programs that promote transparency, accountability, and the protection of human dignity within local government operations.

Holding a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (2024), Mr. Mamadsual combines academic knowledge with practical governance experience to implement initiatives that benefit his community and foster responsible public service.

Through his dedication to public service, advocacy, and professional growth, Mr. Mamadsual continues to inspire colleagues, community members, and aspiring public administrators while strengthening governance and human rights practices.

We are honored to have Mr. Mamadsual join ERIO as part of our expanding network of educators, researchers, and professionals dedicated to collaboration, professional development, and community impact.

‎Today, we have the opportunity to make a difference.

‎The Palimbang Youth Organization (PYO) is launching “Tabang Mindanao,” a donation drive dedicated to providing immediate relief and support to the earthquake-affected communities of Maasim. We humbly appeal to every individual, organization, and community member to extend a helping hand to our fellow Mindanawans during this difficult time.
