Police Station 7 β General Santos City Police Office β Please be informed that at about 5:44 in the morning of October 21, 2025, elements of this station led by PLT ROY D MOLINA, Deputy Station Commander, together with personnel from SWAT/CMFC-GSCPO, CIU-GSCPO, RMFB 12, and RID 12 Tracker Team Bravo under the supervision of PMAJ ARI NOEL H CARDOS, Station Commander PS7, jointly implemented Search Warrant No. 25-191.
The search warrant, issued on October 15, 2025, by the Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Hall of Justice, Lagao, General Santos City, was for Violation of Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
The subject of the warrant was a 33-year-old female, known by the alias βLinaβ, jobless, with a live-in partner, and a resident of Purok 19, NHA New Bayanihan, Block 18, Barangay Fatima, General Santos City.
During the implementation of the warrant and in the presence of the subject and insulating witnesses, the following items were recovered from the residence:
Β· Two (2) medium square-sized
Β· Two (2) small rectangular-sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, with a total approximate weight of 10 grams and an estimated standard drug value of Php 68,000.00
Β· One (1) black-coloured coin purse used as a container for the illegal drugs
The implementation of the search warrant ended at about 7:00 in the morning of the same date in an orderly and peaceful manner.
Thus, a criminal complaint for violation of RA 9165 is being prepared against the subject person through inquest proceedings. The seized contraband will be forwarded to GSCFU-12 for both qualitative and quantitative examination.
