REMINDER: The LAST DAY for submission of requirements is on July 1, 2026.

To qualify for the Educational Assistance Program for Academic Year 2026โ€“2027, applicants must submit ANY ONE (1) of the following:

โœ… Certificate of Enrollment (COE)
โœ… White Form / Registration Form
โœ… Valid School ID (A.Y. 2026โ€“2027)

All Senior High School and College Students of Barangay Laboy who were listed to avail of the Educational Assistance Program for Academic Year 2026โ€“2027 are requested to submit any ONE of the following documents as proof of enrollment:

โœ… Certificate of Enrollment (COE)
โœ… White Form / Registration Form
โœ… Valid School ID for Academic Year 2026โ€“2027

Please submit your requirements to our SK Secretary John Noel Gozarin. Incomplete or unverifiable documents may delay processing.
