The Magallanes Municipal Youth Development Office is mandated to monitor the submission of Sangguniang Kabataan reports in the SK Web Portal as part of the FY 2025 Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E).

Under Republic Act No. 10742, or the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act, SK Councils are required to document and submit their programs, projects, and policies through the portal (https://nyc-sk.com). This ensures transparency in youth governance and allows proper monitoring of youth initiatives across barangays.

Based on the latest monitoring, Magallanes has the following submission report:

✔️ Kumuha ng waiver/permit sa SK ng inyong barangay.
✔️ Magpalista sa SK – Only those with waiver & listed will be allowed inside the event area.

🚫 If your clothes are overly revealing, you will NOT be allowed to enter the venue.

🚬 Smoking is strictly prohibited. A designated smoking area will be provided. If caught smoking elsewhere, SK has the right to remove you from the event to ensure the safety of all kabataan.
