ANNOUNCEMENT:

We have received an update, jus now, from Suntrust personnel that the generator set for our water pump is currently being restored. Water will be supplied in the next couple of hours.

They have also notified Meralco about the low voltage to no electricity in our area as well. It was assured that line men will be fixing it today but no time was given.

As per notification, which has just been received, our genset for the water pump is currently not functioning well. Thus, no water supply still. Will keep you posted. Thanks

UPDATE:

We wanted to inform you that a meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, September 22, 2024, involving the HOA Boards from SRH Phases 123, The Mandara, SRH West, and Tagaytay Meridian, along with Suntrust personnel. We will be addressing urgent issues, including the long-awaited turnover of facilities, security guard concerns, and the boundaries for each HOA.

Due to this important meeting, we will need to reschedule our General Assembly. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time, and we will keep you updated on the new date.

Dear Residents of Phases 456 and 123,
I hope this message finds everyone well. I would like to provide an update on the recent garbage collection efforts and address some concerns.

Phases 456: The garbage collection plan was successfully executed yesterday. I want to extend my gratitude to everyone for your cooperation and patience. The collected waste has been properly placed at the perimeter wall of Phase 5, ensuring that no households are adversely affected or inconvenienced.

Phases 123: It has come to our attention that the garbage collection in Phases 123 was conducted at the main entrance of our subdivision. I personally observed the situation during the collection yesterday and again this morning. The placement of the collected waste at this location is both unsightly and unhygienic.

To our home owners, please be assured that I have written a formal complaint to the Board of Directors of Phases 123, which will be sent tomorrow. I will keep you updated on any responses or actions taken.

In the meantime, I kindly ask that you refrain from spreading negative feedback about this issue. I am actively addressing the situation and will assure for the necessary improvements.
