𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐇𝐒 𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐏, 𝐏𝐋𝐔𝐒 𝐀 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐀𝐋 𝐎𝐅 𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐓 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐀𝐁 𝐏𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐄𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐍

Four consecutive months as a top-performing police station, capped by a personal recognition for police work—𝑷𝑴𝑨𝑱 𝑹𝑶𝑵𝑨𝑵 𝑱𝑨𝑴𝑬𝑺 𝑪. 𝑬𝑩𝑳𝑨𝑯𝑨𝑵 has more than one reason to celebrate.

As Station Commander of Police Station 4 under the Angeles City Police Office, PMAJ Eblahan has led his unit through four straight months at the top of its performance rankings, reflecting the sustained efforts of the personnel under his command.

On October 13, 2026, he received the Medalya ng Kagalingan (PNP Medal of Merit) during the PRO3 Flag-Raising Ceremony at Camp Captain Julian Olivas in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The award recognized their commendable performance during an anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation conducted on October 3 in Barangay Balibago, Angeles City.

For the PNPA Mandilaab Class of 2014, PMAJ Eblahan’s achievement is a proud milestone—one that reflects both sustained unit performance and personal dedication to police service.

Police Station 17 Baliok, under the leadership of 𝑷𝑴𝑨𝑱 𝑱𝑬𝑴𝑼𝑬𝑳 𝑱. 𝑴𝑨𝑴𝑶𝑳𝑨𝑵𝑮, Acting Station Commander, ranked No. 1 among 19 police stations under the Davao City Police Office in the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for September 2026.

The result reflects the work of the station's personnel in carrying out their duties and delivering police services to the community.

For the PNPA Mandilaab Class of 2014, this achievement is a proud milestone for PMAJ Mamolang and his team. Leading a station to the top rank takes collective effort, and this recognition belongs to the personnel who work together every day to keep their community safe.

𝑷𝑴𝑨𝑱 𝑨𝑻𝑻𝒀. 𝑺𝑰𝑴𝑬𝑶𝑵 𝑴. 𝑻𝑼𝑻𝑨𝑨𝑵 𝑱𝑹., Chief of Puerto Galera Municipal Police Station, received the Medalya ng Kadakilaan during the October 12, 2026, Monday Flag Raising Ceremony of Police Regional Office MIMAROPA.

The award recognized his and his station personnel’s contribution to a joint chokepoint operation with San Teodoro MPS on August 23, 2026, in Barangay Poblacion, San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro. The operation led to the arrest of individuals wanted for murder and violation of Republic Act No. 10591, or the Comprehensive Fi****ms and Am******on Regulation Act.

For the PNPA Mandilaab Class of 2014, the recognition is a proud moment for one of its own. It reflects the work behind an operation that helped bring wanted individuals into police custody.

Minalin Municipal Police Station has once again topped the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER), ranking No. 1 among 115 municipal police stations across Central Luzon for September 2026.

The latest result gives Minalin MPS its third No. 1 finish in just four months, following top rankings in June and July.

Behind the numbers is a police station that has kept its performance steady under the leadership of 𝑷𝑴𝑨𝑱 𝑮𝑳𝑬𝑵𝑵 𝑻. 𝑺𝑨𝑵𝑻𝑬𝑳𝑰𝑪𝑬𝑺, Chief of Police, and the collective effort of its personnel.

For the PNPA Mandilaab Class of 2014, the achievement is a proud reflection of what consistent leadership and a committed police team can deliver.

𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐀𝐁 𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐀𝐍 𝐃𝐄𝐅𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐒 𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐇𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐒 𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐁 𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐋𝐄

𝑪𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒑𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒂𝒏 successfully defended his Men’s Club Championship at Rancho Palos Verdes Golf and Country Club, beating Gab Herrera-Davila, 2 up, to retain the title.

The victory also earned Tan another opportunity to compete in the National Tournament of Club Champions next year at Eagle Ridge.

Tan reached the national finals last May, where he finished runner-up to Jonar Austria of Lakewood. With another club championship now secured, he will return to the national tournament next year with another chance to vie for the title.

For the PNPA Mandilaab Class of 2014, Christopher Tan’s latest victory is another accomplishment worth celebrating as he continues to compete and excel on the golf course.

𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, 𝑩𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒔 𝑪𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔! Another title defended, and another shot at the national crown.
