UNIFIED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A Unified Financial Management System was conducted for all Sustainable Livelihood Program Associations (SLPAs) at the Market Conference Room, Municipality of Sebaste, on September 19, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The activity was attended by the Active SLPA Officers, particularly the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Auditor. The meeting aimed to strengthen the officers’ knowledge and skills in proper financial management, documentation, and record-keeping of their respective associations.
The training provided guidance on the proper preparation, recording, monitoring, and updating of financial documents, particularly the following:
- Cash Book
- Daily Sales Record
- Accounts Receivable
- Balance Sheet
- Proper recording and monitoring of financial transactions
- Maintaining accurate and updated financial records
- Ensuring transparency and accountability in the management of association funds
The activity also emphasized the importance of uniformity, accuracy, transparency, and accountability in financial reporting. Proper financial documentation enables the SLPAs to effectively monitor their income, expenses, receivables, assets, and overall financial standing.
All concerned officers were encouraged to actively participate, clarify concerns, and apply the knowledge and procedures discussed during the session in the actual management of their respective associations.
This activity serves as an important step toward ensuring that all SLPA officers are properly guided, equipped, and capable of maintaining accurate and organized financial records, thereby promoting responsible and sustainable financial management within their associations.
