Good morning! ☀️

*Morning motivation para sayo:*

*"You don't have to be perfect today. You just have to be 1% better than yesterday."*

Small wins pa rin yan. Yung kape, yung pagbangon, yung pagpili na ituloy kahit pagod.

*3 quick things to start your day strong:*
1. *Move* - 5 min stretch or lakad. Gigising yung katawan mo
2. *Focus* - Pili ka lang ng 1 main task today. Wag lahat sabay-sabay
3. *Grateful* - 1 thing na okay ngayon. Kahit simpleng mainit na tubig lang

Kaya mo yan. New day, new chance 💪

THINGS TO OFFER YOUR PARTNER

Relationship is supposed to be symbiotic and mutually beneficial. You're supposed to benefit from your partner and your partner is supposed to benefit from you. But when you're the only one benefiting, then you're a parasite!

What are the things you're supposed to offer your partner?

1. Spiritual Support
Let it be that it's because of you your partner is closer to God, goes to church, reads his or Bible, prays and lives right and not fornicating up and down.

You're supposed to pray for your partner and help him or her to become strong spiritually but how can you do when you're not strong yourself? Take your relationship with God seriously. Be spiritual.

2. Emotional Support
Sometimes life happens. Sometimes we are knocked down. Sometimes our failures and shortcomings overwhelms us causing us to be depressed and despondent.

It's your responsibility to offer emotional support to your partner, to encourage, to give hope and to strengthen the person and to help the person to overcome low self esteem and to regain confidence.

3. Financial Support
For many ladies, all they know how to do is to collect money from their guys, to chop the guy until pocket runs dry.

No question is asked about whether the guy has a savings, investment or even the source of his income. The same with some guys, in fact many of them are professionals and experts in chopping ladies with "I want to marry you" mantra.

It's your responsibility to offer your partner financial support both in terms of giving cash, offering advice on how to make more money, save money and become financially prudent and free.

4. Intellectual Support
Most of the problems were having today is as a result of our intellectual bankruptcy. Nothing dey head. We have many beautiful girls without brain, many thick, tall and handsome guys without sense.

It's your responsibility to offer your partner intelligent ideas, knowledge and solutions that will better his or her life. Add something to your head.

5. Developmental Support
We're living in a very fast paced world. Everything is moving on a high speed that if you don't buckle up, you will be left behind hence the need to developing, improving, evolving and enhancing with the season and be in tune with what's obtainable at a time.

These are what you are supposed to help your partner to do, to become better in every aspect because they met you. Let it not be that his became worse because he met you. Help your partner to become a better version of his or herself.

Make up your mind that you will be an asset to anyone that comes across your life. Be an asset. Don't be a parasite!

Ang galing nakaka inspire..

AGELESS DREAM ⚖️✨

At 62, Rosula Calacala proved that pursuing a lifelong dream does not come with an expiration date.

Calacala entered law school at 58 and completed the program at Northeastern College in Isabela within four years. Despite studying while working, she finished her legal education without receiving a failing grade.

In September 2023, she took the Philippine Bar Examination for the first time. When the results were released, Calacala learned that she was among the 3,812 successful examinees out of 10,387 candidates nationwide.

Before entering the legal profession, Calacala had worked as an accountant for approximately 40 years. Her children had already completed their studies when she finally decided to pursue the ambition she realized later in life.

Instead of allowing her age to stop her, she took the risk and competed alongside examinees who were decades younger.

“I’m 62 years old passing the Bar, can you imagine that?” she said after seeing the results.

Following her victory, Calacala shared that she intended to use her new profession in service of God. Her advice to older Filipinos who are still considering law school or another long-delayed goal was equally direct: take the risk.

Calacala’s journey shows that starting later does not make a dream less meaningful. At 58, she entered law school. At 62, she became a Bar passer on her first attempt.

ACTRESS and social media star Ivana Alawi reportedly gave P2 million in cash to the family of slain transport network vehicle service (TNVS) rider Fabio Norberte Jr., according to a family friend who spoke to PINOY PUBLIKO.

The source, a neighbor of the Norberte family in Brgy. San Antonio, Quezon City, said Ivana also pledged to provide “lifetime support” to the rider’s child who has special needs.

“Ang bait talaga ng Diyos. Si Ivana Alawi nagpunta dito, P2M binigay na tulong,” the neighbor said.
