169 years since Robert Baden-Powell’s birth, his vision remains unchanged: that leadership isn't a title, but a way of moving through the world. He believed that a Scout’s greatest strength isn't found in a handbook, but in the integrity they carry when the path gets difficult.

Scouting was never meant to be just an activity, it was designed to be a blueprint for a life of purpose. It’s where we learn that honor is a lifestyle and that our word is our most valuable currency.

Today, we honor B-P by remembering that the world doesn't need more followers, it needs people who have the courage to lead with kindness and the discipline to stay true to their Promise.

January 23, 2026, Friday at 5:00 PM

The Eagle Scouts along with the Senior Scouts and the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Sta. Anastacia San Rafael National Highschool successfully conducted the Flag Retreat Ceremony, showing unity, discipline, and love for our country. Through this activity, students were reminded of the importance of respect for our national symbols and the value of cooperation in building a stronger school community.

Instilling patriotism through knowledge—Scouts learning the proper courtesy to the Philippine Flag as mandated by RA 8491.
