Witnessing this line in action through my camera lens everyday hit different. Ngayon alam ko na kung bakit sinasabi ‘to ni Mayor Arlene—dahil kapag ang mga mamamayan ng Santa Rosa ang nangangailangan, siya ang unang-unang tumatayo at nagtatanggol para sa atin.

At mas nakakahanga dahil katuwang at laging kaagapay niya sa bawat pagtulong si Vice Mayor Arnold Arcillas. Makikita mo talaga ang tunay na pagmamalasakit at pagkakaisa ng ating mga lider para sa bawat Rosanean!

Rights First, Together Forward! 💚

In strong solidarity with our PWD community, Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas and I were deeply honored to celebrate the 48th National Disability Rights Week at the Santa Rosa Multi-Purpose Complex.
This year’s theme, “Rights First, Together Forward,” reminds us that true progress in the City of Santa Rosa happens when everyone is included. Every child and every individual, regardless of ability, deserves equal opportunities, dignity, and a community that lifts them up. Seeing the bright smiles, talents, and determination of our PWD youth inspires us to continue championing programs and policies that protect their rights and foster true inclusion.
To our dedicated school heads, Barangay PWD Organization leaders, teachers, and loving parents—thank you for your unwavering partnership and commitment to our community. Together, we will keep moving forward so that no one is left behind!
