Labuin Association of Persons with Disabilities, Inc. - LAPDI A Self-help Group of marginalized Persons with Disabilities sharing a common battle cry, "Respect..."

Labuin Association of Persons with Disabilities was founded on January 19, 2013. Discrimination against PWDs compelled our lawmakers to enact several Laws to protect our Rights as human beings. The sad truth is even the 3 decade old BP 344 or the so-called Accessibility Law isn't fully implemented yet along with all other Laws intended to help and protect Persons with Disabilities. It is but high time for all PWDs to unite and act to claim those Rights.
