It did not start on a stage. It started quietly. With a woman named Grace Munsayac, together with The Avenue Village, who looked at the children of San Juan, Batangas, and made one decision: these children are worth it.
Every single one of them.
That was 2004. Thirty students. One barangay. One yes.
In 2026, that one yes became 1410 warriors across nineteen barangays.
One thousand four hundred and ten children who received their school kits and walked away knowing that an entire community fought for them before the school year even started.
Behind that number: 155 partners and sponsors who gave fearlessly from whatever they had. Not all of them are wealthy, nor has a big name. All of them convinced that this nation is worth it.
Behind that number: 122 volunteers who gave the one thing money cannot buy. Themselves. Sleepless nights. Prayers on their knees to raise the target funds. NEXT PH leading the charge. The Avenue Village holding the backbone. FLEX teachers planting fearlessness in warriors before distribution day ever came. Quiet servants whose names this caption will never fully hold but whose faithfulness moved every mountain this season.
And the warriors. One thousand four hundred and ten of them carrying more than school supplies. Carrying proof that they are seen, that they matter, and that someone fought for them.
Here is the challenge: this is not the ceiling. This is the floor.
Next year, we do more. We give more. Show up more. Let the grit you feel right now become a decision you do not walk back from.
The joy of today is real. But what is coming for these warriors is incomparably greater. They are just beginning. And so are we.
Dream big. Fear less. See you next year.
All for Jesus. All for this nation. - with The Avenue Village
