PVHOA OFFICERS GO THE EXTRA MILE—AND RECHARGE TO KEEP SERVING STRONG

Recently, the PVHOA team spent a full day at the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) addressing critical administrative concerns for community members. The group worked tirelessly to sort out a range of issues—from correcting misspelled names and updating incorrect birthdates to fixing swapped addresses and ensuring all records were accurate and up-to-date.

After hours of focused work, the officers headed to a nearby mall to unwind and refresh. The cool breeze of air conditioning was a welcome treat after a busy day, and strolling through the mall’s corridors gave everyone a chance to relax, share stories from the day, and laugh together.

This post-work outing is one of the team’s favorite ways to stay motivated. By creating a positive, fun atmosphere and taking time to bond outside of formal tasks, the officers ensure they’re energized to keep improving their service to the community. As the team puts it: "Staying motivated is key to doing our job well—and taking care of each other makes all the difference!"

PVHOA TEAM TURNS PROPERTY TAX DOCUMENTATION INTO A FUN, COLLABORATIVE ENDEAVOR

On March 22, 2026, the Paradise Village Homeowners Association, Inc. (PVHOA) brought its full team together to tackle a crucial task—organizing and processing documents for early submission of individualized property tax requirements (including property improvements). While paperwork might sound daunting, the team turned it into a day filled with laughter, friendly banter, and shared excitement!

Tables were set up like mini "document command centers," with the officers trading stories as they sorted through files. There were playful competitions to see who could spot missing details the fastest, and plenty of inside jokes that made even the most complex checks feel lighthearted. Coffee runs and homemade snacks kept energy high, turning weeks of work into a series of fun group sessions.

The process demands meticulous verification to ensure all submissions are complete. Required attachments include:

- Extra Judicial Settlement papers

- Valid identification with matching signatures

- Special Power of Attorney documents (where applicable)

- Attorney’s statements

What could have been a stressful undertaking became a chance for the PVHOA team to bond, with everyone chipping in and celebrating small wins—like finally matching up a tricky set of signatures or completing an entire batch of verified files. All efforts are focused on meeting the strict mandates set by the Local Government’s Assessor’s Office, Legal Department, and Treasury Department, while proving that even serious work can be full of joy!

CONFEDERATION IN CSJDM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (CONFED)

What a wonderful and productive day!

The Confederation in CSJDM Homeowners Association, Inc. (CONFED), led by our incumbent President Mr. Joshua Crisostomo (JC) – who also serves as President of the Sto. Cristo Homeowners Association Federation – was honored to be invited by the North Ridge Classic Homeowners Association, Inc. at its annual General Assembly on March 28, 2026

North Ridge Classic HOA is headed by its incumbent President Mr. Virgilio Casupanan, and the event was held in Sto. Cristo, CSJDM, Bulacan.

Also extending their presence as invited guests were CONFED's Director and former President of CONFED Mrs. Sonia A. Rapisura (SAR) and Vice President Arnel G. Ramos (AGR).

We were thrilled to witness their General Assembly, which was well-attended with a quorum of over 300 participants – including many respected senior citizens!

During the open forum, several important questions were raised and thoroughly addressed by the CONFED team, guided by the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9904, as well as DHSUD Issuance No. 38. Key topics covered included:

✅ Removal of members of the Board of Directors

✅ Transition and continuation of Bylaws from HLURB to the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD)

The explanations were ably presented by President JC and Director SAR.

We commend North Ridge Classic HOA for organizing such a successful and informative assembly, and we look forward to continuing our partnership in advancing the interests of homeowners in our city

Recognizing Grace Under Pressure

In the course of fulfilling duties delegated by PVHOA, our volunteers and officers often encounter both appreciation and challenges from the community. Sometimes, these challenges come in the form of harsh words and unfair treatment — and it is during these times that true character shines.

With this, we commend our very own:
💼 Mrs. Celnalyn D. Adilan, Treasurer
Ms. Florie Cangas, Kasambahay affairs committee chairperson
👩‍💼 Ms. Marilou L. Alobba, Board of Director

Despite being on the receiving end of profane language and unwarranted defamation from a local resident while actively serving the community, these three outstanding women remained composed, respectful, and professional throughout the incident. They chose to respond with understanding instead of anger — a true display of emotional intelligence and unwavering commitment to service.

👏 Your calm demeanor in the face of provocation is admirable. Thank you for showing us how to rise above negativity with grace and strength. You embody what PVHOA stands for — service, dignity, and integrity.

🌟 You have truly earned your place in the PVHOA SIKAT CORNER!

Keep inspiring others through your good nature and exemplary character.
Mabuhay kayo, Mesdames Celnalyn, Florie and Marilou!

🚀 Rushing Through Various PVHOA Errands 🚀

Right after a very productive BOD meeting with the theme “Lead the Leaders”—where our committee heads shared their expertise—the President immediately proceeded to accomplish important community errands at:

🏛️ Office of the City Mayor
🤝 Community Affairs Office (CAO)
📮 Post Office
📑 City Assessor’s Office
🌍 City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO)

It was indeed a tiring day, but everything was done with a positive heart and a strong commitment to serve our community. ❤️

👏 Congratulations to all members! Please continue to welcome and embrace our officers when they visit to bring you good news, especially as we are close to having our individualization process sorted out.

Even a simple glass of water is a big help—what they are doing is truly an act of heroic service. 🙌
