Isang term na ang lumipasโ€”kumusta kayo, San Rafaelians? Sa dami ng activities, quizzes, projects, deadlines, recitations, at puyat, finally, nakaraos na rin tayo sa first term! Whether youโ€™re proud of the grades you received or feeling like you couldโ€™ve done better, remember that your grades are a reflection of your efforts and experiences, but they do not define your identity. ๐Ÿซ‚

Every score, every mistake, and every achievement is part of the journey. May mga pagkakataong naging proud tayo sa sarili natin, at may mga pagkakataon ding napaisip tayo kung saan tayo nagkulang. But hey, one term does not determine your entire story. What matters is that you continue to learn, improve, and give yourself another chance to do better. โœจ

Drug use is a serious issue that should be understood through a multi-disciplinary, human rights, and health-based approach. Knowledge and awareness are important in understanding the science of addiction and recognizing that every person has the right to proper information, health, safety, and support.

In the Philippines, laws such as Republic Act No. 9165 address dangerous drugs and related activities, including illegal possession, importation, and drug dens. Dangerous groups such as drug syndicates may target young peoples, which is why we must stay informed, be careful, and choose our friends wisely.

On September 11, 2026, our SSLG, together with our SSLG Adviser, participated in a meaningful session with Every Nation Campus focusing on leadership, faith, mental health, and resilience.

The session highlighted the importance of understanding our emotions and mental health, reminding us that it is normal to experience different emotions. Mental health issues do not define our intelligence, it doesn't mean that we are weak nor lack willpower.

We were also taught that our coping skills can become overwhelmed and that, as we grow they change over time. Remember the 3 Rs: Resistance, Resilience, and Recovery. These three are important in helping us stand strong through everyday challenges, move forward, and heal.
