From Bishop Israel Maestrado Painit's facebook post: Para po sa mga nagtatanong, nananalangin at nakikidalamhati sa nangyaring sakuna sa western visayas area dahil sa bagyong Opong at sa mga napinsala ng Lindol sa Bogo City at San Remegio, ito po ang ating update:

Ang Davao Episcopal Area (DEA) sa pamamagitan ng Disaster Management Office (DMO) ay kasalukuyang nakikipag-ugnayan at nagpa-plano kung paano makapagbigay ng agarang tulong at nararapat na interbensyon. Mayroon na rin po tayong mga boluntaryo sa lugar na nakikipag-coordinate upang masuri ang pangangailangan at mga kakulangan ng mga apektadong komunidad.

Kung nais po ninyong tumulong, mangyaring idaan ang inyong suporta sa ating DEA Office upang maisama at mapag-isa ang ating mga hakbang para sa mas maayos at epektibong pagtugon.
