Camotes Coop Camotes Coop is a farmers cooperative based in Camotes Islands, Cebu. It is engaged in agricultural production such as cassava, cacao and coconut.

Camotes Coop is a multipurpose type cooperative registered with the Cooperative Development Authority. It is presently operating in the islands of Camotes, Cebu which comprises the towns of San Francisco, Poro, Tudela and Pilar with a total population of more than 100,000 who are mostly farmers and fisher-folks. Camotes Coop carries out programs, services and activities that address the social, fi

nancial and economic needs of the community. It is supporting hundreds of farmers and the community in general with a vision of a self-reliant local economy banked on agriculture. Its core business activities include agri-financing, cassava production and marketing, cacao production, coconut growing and production, organic farming, lease of farm and transportation equipment, and providing capacity building training and programs for its members
