Happy Sabbath, family!

As the light breaks over the mountains, we're reminded that God's mercies are new every morning. This is His holy day — a gift of rest, reflection, and renewal for our souls. Take a moment today to lay down your burdens, breathe in His peace, and draw closer to the One who made the Sabbath for you.
Wishing you a day filled with worship, rest, and the presence of God.

Whatever you do, do it for God's glory.

In a world that often celebrates recognition, success, and personal achievement, it's easy to lose sight of the One who gives us every breath, every opportunity, and every blessing.

This simple yet powerful verse reminds us that honoring God isn't limited to worship services or special moments of faith. It extends to our daily lives, our work, our conversations, our choices, and even the smallest things we do.

Whether you're studying, working, serving, creating, or caring for others, every moment becomes meaningful when it is done with a heart that seeks to glorify God.

You may feel like what you're doing today is ordinary, but when it is surrendered to Him, it becomes an act of worship.

Let this be your reminder today: live intentionally, love faithfully, and do everything for the glory of God.

Share this with someone who needs encouragement to keep Christ at the center of everything they do.

Happy Sabbath! Remember: rest is not a reward, it's a gift.

There are weeks when we run on empty—chasing deadlines, carrying burdens, filling every hour—and forget that we were never meant to do it all on our own strength. We treat rest like something we have to earn.

But what if the Sabbath isn't about what you've finished, but about who you belong to?

When we set aside this day to pause and be with God, He gives us something the world can't offer—true rest for the body, and peace for the soul.

You don't have to prove anything today. The God who rested on the seventh day and called it holy is inviting you to lay down your labor and simply be still in His presence.

Whatever this week has held, let it go. Today is set apart for Him, and for you.

Happy Sabbath to you and your family!

When someone hurts you deeply, remember: forgiveness is not for them, it's for you.

There are wounds that don't heal just because time passes. You replay the words, the betrayal, the moment everything changed—and the anger feels justified, even necessary. Holding on feels like protection.

But what if the grudge you're carrying is heavier on your heart than it is on theirs?

When we choose to forgive—not because it was deserved, but because we were forgiven first—God releases something in us that bitterness never could: freedom, and a heart no longer chained to the past.

Your peace is not dependent on their apology. The God who forgave you at your worst is asking you to extend that same grace, not because it's easy, but because it's healing. Unforgiveness only keeps you tied to the pain.

Whatever they did, whatever it cost you, bring it to God and let Him carry what you were never meant to hold.

When you feel unqualified, remember: God doesn't call the equipped, He equips the called.

There are moments when we look at what's in front of us and think, "I'm not ready for this. I don't have what it takes." We compare ourselves to others and feel like we're falling short before we've even started.

But what if the very weakness you're ashamed of is the space where God's strength shows up the most?

When we stop trying to do it all in our own strength and hand our fears to God, He gives us something we can't manufacture ourselves—confidence that isn't rooted in ability, but in who He is.

You are not disqualified. The God who used a stuttering shepherd, a doubting fisherman, and a persecutor of the church to change the world is not looking for perfect people. He's looking for willing ones.

Whatever door you're standing in front of today, don't let fear talk you out of walking through it. He goes before you, and He will equip you as you go.

In every trial and every triumph, we can rest in this promise — God is at work.

This Sabbath, our church joined thousands of others across the region to share one simple truth — God is making all things new.

We invite you to be part of the story too. Wherever you are, whatever you're carrying — there's hope for you.
