This remarkable achievement reflects the unity, commitment, and hard work of the entire community in promoting a cleaner, safer, and healthier island.

The Operation Tuli Program (Facility-Based and Outreach) of the Municipality of San Dionisio, through the San Dionisio Primary Care Facility, has officially concluded with a total of 284 dedicated young boys successfully served throughout the entire program — far beyond the original target of 100.

This meaningful initiative was made possible under the leadership of Dr. Regine Viel Manderico, together with her hardworking, dedicated, and supportive staff who tirelessly extended their services to the community with compassion and commitment.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone behind the success of this program — to our Local Chief Executive, Mayor Sally Lopez, for the unwavering support; to our Legislative Office headed by VM Cash Jacomina together with the honorable SB Members; to all Barangay Officials, BHWs, parents, and to the entire community of San Dionisio, thank you for your trust, cooperation, and continuous support.

Special thanks as well to Dr. Jose Edwin Figura, SB on Health, and Sir Warren Villar of the BFP for generously sharing your expertise and valuable assistance throughout the duration of the program.

The Municipality of San Dionisio, through the San Dionisio Primary Care Facility, in collaboration with the Iloilo Provincial Health Office, continues to deliver accessible and compassionate healthcare to unserved and underserved communities—Brgy. Talo-ato, San Dionisio, Iloilo, right at their doorstep.

From medical consultations and nutrition services to Operation Tuli, pediatric dental care, antenatal services, immunization, and first aid advocacy.

Our heartfelt gratitude to LGU San Dionisio, headed by Mayor Sally Lopez, to the legislative office led by Vice Mayor Cash Jacomina, to all SB Members, and to the Iloilo Provincial Health Office for their invaluable support.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the officials, BHWs, tanods, and volunteers of Barangay Taloato, under the leadership of Capt. Cayetano, for the warm accommodation and support.

We have successfully listed:

✅ 100 participants for San Dionisio Primary Care Facility

📌 We are now officially closing the listing.
📌 Official list will be disseminated to your respective Midwives, DOH-HRH, and BHWs.
📌 The additional 50 clients for San Dionisio PCF will be scheduled as per agreement of the Operation Tuli Team. Please stay updated through our page for announcements and schedule.

🚫 Likawi anay ang pagbakal sang aloy/tulingan samtang ginahibalo sang mga otoridad ang hinanungod kung ngaa may kaso sang pagkalason sa pagkaon sini.

✅ Mga dapat himuon:
• Siguruhon nga presko ang isda nga ginabakal
• Ibutang dayon sa yelo ukon ref
• Limpyohan maayo kag e butang sa sirado nga sudlanan
• Maghugas sang kamot antes kag tapos maghikot sang isda
