As part of our anniversary celebration and in support of Brigada Eskwela, we are proud to share that Nabingkalan San Carlos City Eagles Club donated ₱20,000.00 for the procurement of materials for the Temporary Learning Space of Codcod Integrated School – Nagalao Extension Classes. 📚🏫

This is our way of giving back, ensuring our learners have a safe and proper place to study, and living out our promise to serve the community that we love.

The national leadership under RDS claimed to install a new Governor for WVR-II, but this has no legal or official basis at all.

WVR-II is a legitimate organization officially registered and recognized by the SEC. With this status, the national leadership does not hold the authority or right to interfere in our internal affairs, our established rules, or our process of selecting leaders.

Here is our clear rule on leadership succession:
➡️ When the position of Governor becomes vacant, the Vice Governor automatically takes over as Governor.
➡️ When the position of Vice Governor becomes vacant, the 1st Assemblyman assumes the role of Vice Governor.

Mr. Nelson Patenio is only the 2nd Assemblyman — based on our proper rules and processes, he is not qualified to become Governor through succession. Furthermore, he has already been removed by his own mother club, so we do NOT recognize him as part of our organization.

✅ ALL 26 CLUBS UNDER WVR-II REMAIN UNITED:
We officially recognize Kuya Gov. Rommel Advincula as our only true and legitimate Governor.

We also wish to state clearly that the national leadership has not shown the proper respect or consideration to all 26 clubs under our region. We remain steadfast in protecting our constitution, our integrity, and the unity of our brotherhood.

📢 NABINGKALAN SAN CARLOS EAGLES CLUB APPLICANTS MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

As they journey through the 5I's pathway to becoming full Eagles – Introduction, Interview, Indoctrination, Incubation, and Induction – our applicants are already showing what it means to serve!

During the Incubation phase (corrected from Introduction), they recently distributed rice and groceries to hardworking garbage collectors, pedicab drivers, and less fortunate members of our community.
