Teachers, parents, pupils, barangay officials, and community members gathered for the Upcycled Flower Planting Activity this Valentine's Day. Through this meaningful initiative, we planted 3,000 upcycled flowers made from plastic bottles, turning waste into beauty and love for our environment.
🌿♻️ We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our volunteers who dedicated their time and effort to make SAES bloom!

SAES in Full Bloom: 1000 Tulips from Recycled Plastic Bottles

The SAESIANs from Sitio Nalasin, Solsona, the home community of SPGO President Queenie Sapphire, have made remarkable progress in the YES-O Club’s Recycling Project. As of today, they have already submitted 250 recycled tulip flowers, showcasing their dedication to environmental sustainability and creative recycling.

This milestone brings SAES closer to its goal of 1,000 tulip flowers made from plastic bottles by the end of the school year. The active participation of the Nalasin group highlights the strong sense of community and teamwork among learners, proving that collective action can lead to meaningful environmental impact.

With this momentum, all SAESians are encouraged to follow suit, contributing their own sets of recycled tulip flowers. The initiative not only helps reduce plastic waste but also fosters creativity and environmental awareness among learners. Under the leadership of Queenie Sapphire and the support of SPGO and YES-O members, the project is well on its way to success, making SAES a model school for sustainable initiatives.
