Good day, Psychmates!
We truly apologize for the inconvenience and delays of the Psychology merch distribution from the previous terms, as much of the merch has been missing from the Psychology Laboratory, and it has come to our attention that some students from Batch 1 were not able to claim their T-shirts.
Because of this, we would like to request the students who ordered from Batch 2 and were able to claim their shirts to please let us know so we can monitor the merch distribution properly.
Also, all other claimants will be receiving their merch by the end of August. We highly advise students who will be requesting a refund to contact us within the month so we will have time to pull out your orders from the suppliers.
We understand that this has been long overdue and is very upsetting; we are trying our best to expedite the process despite the problems encountered during the distribution, and we will highly appreciate your cooperation and understanding. All Psychology merch distribution, compensation fee, and refunds from the previous term will be finished within this month of August, as we will be ready to officially give way to the next term officers by the following month.
We deeply appreciate your patience and ongoing support for the Psychology Students' Association. Your contributions last term allowed us to make a real impact both in mental health awareness and through meaningful charitable causes. As PSA, our core mission is rooted in empathy, advocating for mental well-being while actively supporting and uplifting those who need it most. We hope to build on this momentum in the terms to come.
