supports the "MALWARD" was established to help fight malnutrition in our country and nurture the Filipino child to wellness and normalcy. Objectives:

*To institute nutritional therapy and rehabilitation to all malnourished Filipino children with emphasis on:

. Livelihood activities and skills development of mothers;

*To provide adequate training to medical, paramedical, non-medical and rel

ated health advocates in the promotion and provision of adequate nutrition in Filipino children;
*To develop an efficient follow-up for patients seen in the out patient service; and an effective network for all discharged cases for patients;
*To heighten awareness regarding the prevalence and causes of nutritional disorders in the Philippines.
