The Mental Health Ambassadors of Gen. T. de Leon National High School in Valenzuela were introduced to U-Report Philippines 💬.

During the session, MentorHealth presented the new U-Report Mental Health Chatbot — a free and easy-to-use tool that supports young people in managing stress, understanding their emotions, and building healthy relationships.

Students learned that they can access practical tips by simply sending “TIPS” to U-Report Philippines. The chatbot currently offers guidance on:
😊 Building positive connections
💬 Talking about your feelings
🌱 Embracing self-acceptance

They were also encouraged to join the U-Report community by answering polls and adding their voices to youth conversations nationwide.

Hundreds of families across Western Visayas have been displaced by Typhoon Tino and are now taking shelter in evacuation centers. Many are in urgent need of food, clean water, and basic supplies.

In the spirit of bayanihan, we are mobilizing Relief Operations for Tino, with all relief packs to be directed to evacuation centers across Western Visayas. 💙
