DSWD Leads The Way for Persons With Disabilities Workforce! đź“‚

Taos-pusong ibinahagi ni DSWD Secretary REX Gatchalian na ang Kagawaran ay aktibong nagbabalangkas ng isang hiring system na bukas at inklusibo para sa mga persons with disabilities. Hindi lamang ito tungkol sa pagbibigay ng trabaho, kundi pagbibigay din ng suporta, respeto, at pagkilala sa kanilang mga kakayahan.

Sa naging mensahe ng Kalihim, binigyang-diin niya na panahon na para yakapin at kilalanin ng iba’t-ibang pamahalaan at lahat ng institusyon ang kanilang potensyal at kontribusyon. Layunin ng DSWD na magsilbing halimbawa ng isang komunidad na tunay na nagmamalasakit, sumusuporta, at nagbibigay-daan sa pag-unlad ng bawat empleyado — anumang kakayahan ang taglay nila. ✊🏻
