MIND MATTERS: Supporting the Mental Health of Postpartum Mothers ๐ŸŒฑ

Motherhood is a journey filled with love, joy, and new beginningsโ€”but it can also bring overwhelming emotions, adjustments, and challenges. That is why caring for a motherโ€™s mental and emotional well-being is just as important as caring for her physical health. ๐Ÿคฑ๐Ÿง 

At Barangay Corazon De Jesus, San Juan City, we had the opportunity to conduct an activity centered on Postpartum Mental Health, creating awareness and encouraging mothers to prioritize their emotional well-being.

Through meaningful conversations and interactive discussions, we talked about the importance of recognizing postpartum emotions, practicing self-care, building a strong support system, and knowing when it is okay to reach out for help. ๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿ’š

Every mother deserves to be heard, understood, and supported. Sometimes, a simple conversation, a listening ear, or a helping hand can make a meaningful difference in a motherโ€™s journey. ๐ŸŒท

The recent typhoon has left many families and individuals facing difficult times, but we believe that kindness has the power to rebuild communities. Through TEMPEST FALL, the Rotaract Club of East Rizal is launching a donation drive to extend immediate assistance and a helping hand to those most affected.
