The Ministry of Youth Affairs (MYA) is launching a groundbreaking research project to build our first-ever Diocesan Directory for Youth Ministry. Para maging swak ang mga future programs at formation modules, importante na magsimula muna tayo sa totoong kwento at karanasan ninyong mga kabataan.

Malugod po naming inaanyayahan ang buong kapatirang Pransiskano na makiisa sa paglulunsad ng nationwide pilgrimage ng relic ni St. Francis of Assisi, ang ating Seraphic Father.

Sa gitna ng mga hamon, ingay, at katiwalian sa ating mundo, ang pagdiriwang na ito ay nagsisilbing paanyaya sa atin upang magbalik-tanaw sa mga aral ng kababaang-loob, kapayapaan, at radikal na pagmamahal sa Diyos at sa kalikasan.

Ang pagdiriwang ng ika-8 Centenary ng Transitus ay isang sagradong pagkakataon upang muling pag-alabin ang ating panata bilang mga miyembro ng Franciscan Youth (YouFra). Sa pamamagitan ng panalangin at kapatiran kasama ang buong Pamilyang Pransiskano, pinagtitibay natin ang ating pagkakaisa at ang ating misyon na maging mga instrumento ng kapayapaan sa ating kapwa. A time to reflect in the moment of silence. A chance to be quiet and to commune with God. A time for peace and healing for oneself, for the people, and for the whole world. 🕯🕊

Last May 1, 2026, 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗙𝗿𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 joined the 𝘛𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘨 𝘴𝘢 𝘔𝘶𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘢𝘨𝘬𝘢𝘣𝘶𝘩𝘢𝘺: 𝘈 𝘛𝘢𝘪𝘻é 𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘺𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘗𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘦. This regional gathering, held at 𝗦𝘁. 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗯𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮ñ𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗲, brought together the Franciscan Youth (YouFra) of the Metro Manila Region for a journey of deep reflection and meditative prayer.

The reflection questions 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗱, resonating through our minds and souls. Brimming with emotion, many were 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 as the simple, meditative chants created a spiritual 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻—a true sense of reverence that filled the room.

The night concluded with fraternal hugs and sharing, followed by a rare opportunity to venerate relics of the saints and a fragment of Jesus’s cross. It was a profound visit to the sacred, allowing us to bring home 3rd class relics as a reminder of this grace-filled day.

We thank God, through the intercession of St. Francis of Assisi, for this generous and hopeful encounter. We look forward to growing our fraternity with more young, committed souls dedicated to promoting peace and a meaningful way of life.
