Cubao United Eagles Club (CUEC) affiliated with Central Luzon Region 62 (CLR 62) thus contributing to the attainment of goals and objectives of The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles, Inc. Please be reminded of these!

An Applicant can only be Inducted as a regular Eagle member when he has completed the basic requirements of the Philippine Eagles Inst

itute of Leadership (PEIL), as follows:

STEP 1: INTERVIEW

As an Applicant, you must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) stating therein your objectives in joining The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles, Inc. You will then undergo a background investigation and individual interview before the Jury or Screening Committee and you will be assessed if you possess such qualities which shall include but not be limited to:

1. SERVICE (community, club and fraternity)
3. AVAILABILITY (meetings, assembly and projects)
4. FINANCIAL STABILITY (livelihood, employment and profession)
5. PERSEVERANCE (patience, humility and dedication)
6. FELLOWSHIP (brotherhood and group unity)

STEP 2: INTRODUCTION

Applicants who passed the background investigation and interview shall then be presented and introduced to all club members during the General Membership Meeting (GMM) then the Applicant’s name shall be posted on the Eagles Club website and circulated to all Eagles Club nationwide. Any member of any Eagles Club of good standing can submit to the Jury or Screening Committee any objection/s, in writing, why an Applicant should be denied membership at any time before the Applicant’s Induction. STEP 3: INDOCTRINATION

Applicants will be given the opportunity to exercise the solemn rights of Eagleism and be required to memorize the Universal Prayer, Eagles Pledge and the Eagles Hym. The basic Orientation Seminar are focused on the following subjects:

1. The birth of the Philippine Eagles
2. Declaration of Purpose and Goals
4. Bill of Rights and Obligations
5. Government of the Philippine Eagles
6. Eagles Ethical Code
7. Eagles Member Duties and Obligations
8. Eagles Constitution and By-Laws
9. Philippine Eagles Implementing Rule and Regulations
10. Philippine Eagles Governance and its Organizational Structure
11. Rites and Practices

STEP 4: INCUBATION

Applicants are required to wait for three (3) months and shall be required to attend at least three (3) General Membership Meeting (GMM) and three (3) Community Service (CS) without fail. Failure to do so would mean that the application shall be held in abeyance. STEP 5: INDUCTION

All successful Applicants shall earn the Rite of Passage and take the oath of Eagleism as their final act of officially becoming a full-pledged member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles, Inc. Applicants shoud have 3T's
- TIME
- TREASURE
- TALENT

Service Through Strong Brotherhood!! MOST OF ALL!! Know your OBJECTIVE in joining!!!! Make sure you don't use it for your own PERSONAL VESTED INTEREST!!

CLR 62 Indoctrination Activity for Eagle Aspirants

On April 25, 2026, the Cubao United Eagles Club, together with fellow clubs under CLR 62, successfully conducted an Indoctrination Activity at Barangay Aratilis, San Francisco, Lubao, Pampanga.

This meaningful gathering was organized to properly guide and orient aspiring Eagles on the process of joining the organization, while upholding the values, traditions, and protocols of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, with full respect to their respective mother clubs.

The activity served as an important step in ensuring that every aspirant gains a deeper understanding of the Eagles’ principles of brotherhood, service, leadership, and responsibility before officially becoming part of the organization.

Through initiatives like this, we continue to nurture future Eagles who are committed to strengthening the fraternity and serving their communities with purpose.

Cubao United Eagles Club Community Clean-Up Drive

On April 18, 2026, at 7:00 AM, the Cubao United Eagles Club, in partnership with Barangay E. Rodriguez, Cubao, Quezon City, successfully conducted a Clean-Up Drive across various streets of Cubao.

This meaningful initiative reflects our commitment to promoting cleanliness, environmental responsibility, and genuine community service. The Cubao United Eagles Club (CUEC) successfully held its 1st General Monthly Meeting, focusing on setting goals, key priorities, and club rules to further enhance the Club member performance and align with the Four Pillars of Eagles — Brotherhood, Service, Unity, and Divine Power. 💛💙

During the meeting, the Club President presented the key calendar of events, creation of committees and assigned specific tasks to members, ensuring progress and active participation in upcoming club initiatives.

This gathering also strengthened the fraternal bonds among brothers and regional officers, promoting unity and coordination towards a more synchronized and progressive Cubao United Eagles Club (CUEC)
