In the middle of busy days, deadlines, and responsibilities, itโ€™s easy to forget that rest is not something we have to earnโ€”it is something we need. Taking a step back does not mean we are falling behind.

Remember that slowing down can also help us find the right direction. So when you need a break, take it without guilt. Rest, reset, and return when youโ€™re ready. ๐ŸŒฑ

Peer Facilitator Club had the opportunity to take part in a meaningful seminar filled with learning, reflection, and connection. Through the different activities and sharing of personal thoughts and reflections, we were able to learn more about how we can better understand, support, and be present for others. ๐ŸŒฑ

Today, our Peer Facilitator Club had the opportunity to learn, reflect, and connect through a meaningful seminar-training. From the activities we participated in to the thoughts and experiences we shared, every part of the session gave us something new to take with us.โœจ๐Ÿ’›

One of the key reminders we learned today is that sometimes, ๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฎ ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ด๐—ด๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฝ๐—ณ๐˜‚๐—น ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—น๐˜† ๐—ด๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ. Instead of telling someone what they should do, we can give them the space to consider their options and make their own decisions.
As peer facilitators, learning how to listen, understand, and respond with empathy is just as important as knowing what to say. Today reminded us that being there for someone is not always about having the right answerโ€”itโ€™s also about knowing how to listen. ๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿค
