RAHBA sa Bacolod

🎨✨ In celebration of World Architecture Day 2025, architects, architecture graduates, and other volunteers came together today at the Bacolod City National High School, to transform walls into stories—through vibrant mural painting that honors community, creativity, and collaboration.

This meaningful activity is part of “RAHBA sa BACOLOD”, a multi-event initiative led by the UAP National Conference of Architects Organizing Committee, the UAP Renato A. Heray Bayanihang Arkitektura, and the UAP Regional District C2. The project continues with a Playground Equipment Donation and Installation at the Mansilingan Activity Center from October 18–22, culminating in a Ceremonial Turnover of both the mural and playground on October 23, the Day 0 of the National Conference of Architects.

🙏 A huge thank you to all the passionate volunteers who lent their time, talent, and heart to today’s mural activity. Special appreciation goes to District Director Ar. Ryan Gela for his steadfast leadership, and to our generous partners—Davies Paints Philippines and OneGlobal Development Corp.—for helping bring color, joy, and purpose to this celebration.

The UAP Renato A. Heray Bayanihang Arkitektura (RAHBA) in partnership with the UAP National Conference of Architects 2025 Organizing Committee and the UAP Regional District C2, celebrates the power of Bayanihan through Architecture. This meaningful occasion marks the collaborative mural painting, created with paints donated by Davies Paints Philippines, along with the donation of children’s play set generously provided by OneGlobal Development Corporation through the initiatives of NCA2025.

Both the mural and play set will be formally turned over to Bacolod City LGU through the Bacolod City National High School and the Barangay Mansilingan LGU on October 23, 2025. This initiative embodies the collective efforts of architects, industry partners, and the local community in shaping spaces that foster creativity, play, and community pride.

This project reflects UAP RAHBA’s enduring mission to promote architecture with heart and purpose—where design becomes a medium for education, empowerment, and social impact.
