A successful Free Livelihood Training on Meat Processing was held last July 14, 2026 for our Solo Parents!

Brought to you in partnership with SBCDPO and sponsored by Councilor Don De Leon, this initiative was created to open new business opportunities for our residents. Beyond the hands-on learning experience, all participants received a complimentary Starter Kit to help launch their meat processing venture!

Isang makabuluhan at puno ng pag-asa na umaga ang sinaluhan ng ating mga matitatag na Solo Parents mula sa District 3, Quezon City sa naganap na Mother's Day special event na pinamagatang "Hindi Ka Nag-iisa: Tunay na Lakas at Yaman ng Solo Parent".

Ginanap ito nitong nakaraang May 30 sa Capitol City Foursquare Church, kung saan naging tampok na tagapagsalita ang tanyag na brodkaster at author na si Ms. Maloi Salumbides. Sa pamamagitan ng kanyang mga kwento at inspirasyon, muling ipinaalala sa lahat na ang pagiging solo parent ay simbolo ng busilak na pagmamahal at walang katulad na lakas.

Bukod sa busog-pangkaisipan at espiritwal na mensahe base sa Isaiah 41:10, nagkaroon din ng libreng tanghalian at bonding para sa lahat ng dumalo.

🌟 CELEBRATING NATIONAL SOLO PARENTS DAY 2026! 🤰💜

The District 3 Solo Parents Federation Inc. successfully celebrated National Solo Parents Day last April 25, 2026 (Saturday)! The festivities kicked off at 6:00 AM at the Barangay Bagumbuhay District 3, Quezon City.

It was an inspiring sight to see members from the various Solo Parent Associations Per Barangays under District 3 coming together in unity and support. The day was packed with activities designed to promote health, relaxation, and community welfare, including:

🏃 Fun Run – Starting the morning with energy and purpose.

💃 Zumba – A lively session of dance and fitness.

💆 Wellness – Focused on the well-being and self-care of our parents.

🩺 Medical Mission – Providing essential health services to our members.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all our sponsors whose generosity made this event possible.

Our special thanks go to Hon. Alice Fontillas-Del Rosario, President of the District 3 Solo Parents Federation Inc., for her visionary leadership and dedication to the solo parent community.
