We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate the promotion of our incredible VP CJ! 🚀

CJ didn’t just climb the ladder; he completely transformed his story. To understand why this milestone is so massive, read his powerful journey in his own words:

In CJ’s Words:
"Before, I was that shy guy you wouldn't hear speak unless he was spoken to. Multiple ideas were left unsaid during collaborative meetings, and funny punchlines were shelved whenever my colleagues and I were socializing. I constantly agonized over not saying the 'right' thing.

One day, I decided enough was enough. If you want to break old patterns, you have to actively break them. That was the day I braved joining Toastmasters.

The first few months were uncomfortable. I spoke to audiences while fearing judgment, but instead, I was welcomed by a community that encourages mistakes as a pathway to improvement. I took on roles that demanded effort and courage. This new pattern allowed me to find my voice and gave me the skills to step outside my comfort zone. With this newfound confidence, I am finally becoming the person I once only dreamed of being."

VP CJ, thank you for being the ultimate "Pattern Breaker." Your journey from shelving your ideas to leading with courage inspires every single one of us. We are so incredibly proud of you! 🥂👏
