STAYING CALM DURING AN EARTHQUAKE ๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŒ

Kapag may lindol, karaniwan nating nararamdaman ang takot, kaba, o pagkataranta โ€” at normal lang โ€˜yan! ๐Ÿ˜Œ
Pero alam mo ba na ang pagiging kalma ay hindi kawalan ng takot, kundi kakayahang kumilos nang tama kahit natatakot ka? ๐Ÿ’ช

Ang unang hakbang sa pagiging handa ay ang pagkilala sa sarili at sa iyong emosyon.
Kaya mahalagang paghandaan hindi lang ang pisikal na aspeto, kundi pati mental at emotional readiness.

๐Ÿง  Try these simple calming techniques:
โœจ Deep Breathing (Malalim na paghinga) โ€” Inhale sa ilong (bilang ng 3), hold (2 seconds), at exhale sa bibig (bilang ng 3). Ulitin ng 3โ€“5 beses.
โœจ Focus Technique โ€” I-focus ang isip sa mga salitang nakakapagpakalma tulad ng:
๐Ÿ’ฌ โ€œIโ€™m safe.โ€
๐Ÿ’ฌ โ€œKaya ko โ€˜to.โ€
๐Ÿ’ฌ โ€œAlam ko ang gagawin.โ€

Nakakatulong ito para bumagal ang tibok ng puso at mabawasan ang kaba.

๐Ÿ“˜ Preparedness reduces panic!
Kapag kabisado mo ang drills, evacuation plans, at safety routes, mas mabilis kang kikilos at mas kalmado ka. Tulad ng exam โ€” kapag handa, mas confident!

๐Ÿ’ž Peer Support matters.
Sa gitna ng lindol, hindi lang sarili ang alalahanin. Tulungan din ang mga kaklase o kasama mong natataranta. Minsan, ang kalmadong isa ay nakakahawa sa iba.
