A complete and proper uniform reflects 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 as an NPCSTian. As we continue the school year, all students are reminded to 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 the prescribed uniform and identification guidelines.

Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. 💚 As we recognize Mental Health Month, let’s remind ourselves and each other that it’s okay to pause, rest, and ask for support when we need it. You don’t have to go through anything alone.

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 432, the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc. (PMHA) officially launches this year’s theme: “LAKAS ISIP: A Movement for Mental Health and Well-Being.”

𝗟𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗦 𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗣 starts with us. It reminds us that caring for our mental health is not a sign of weakness—it is an act of courage, self-respect, and strength.

Let us create spaces where everyone feels safe to speak, heard without judgment, and supported through life’s challenges. May we choose empathy over stigma, understanding over assumptions, and kindness every day.
