Ang tunay na lakas ng isang lalaki ay hindi nasusukat sa kanyang kakayahang magtiis nang mag-isa, kundi sa tapang na harapin at ipahayag ang kanyang nararamdaman. Hindi kahinaan ang paghingi ng tulong, pag-iyak, o pagsasabi na nahihirapan ka na. Bahagi ito ng pagiging tao.

Sa buwang ito, ating ipaalala sa bawat kalalakihan na may mga taong handang makinig, umunawa, at sumuporta. Walang dapat magdala ng mabibigat na laban nang mag-isa.

Sa pagdiriwang ng 𝑨𝒓𝒂𝒘 𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒔, ating alalahanin ang mga bayaning buong tapang na lumaban para sa kalayaan ng ating bansa. Sa kabila ng 𝐻𝐼𝑅𝐴𝑃, 𝑃𝐴𝑁𝐺𝐴𝑁𝐼𝐵, at 𝑆𝐴𝐾𝑅𝐼𝑃𝐼𝑆𝑌𝑂, hindi sila sumuko dahil sa kanilang matinding pagmamahal sa bayan. Dahil sa kanilang kabayanihan, natatamasa natin ngayon ang kalayaang ating ipinagmamalaki. ☀️☮️

Ang kalayaang tinatamasa natin ngayon ay hindi lamang alaala ng nakaraan, kundi isang paalala na ito ay dapat nating pahalagahan at ingatan. Ipinakita ng ating mga bayani na kapag nagkakaisa ang mga Pilipino, walang pagsubok na hindi kayang malampasan. Kaya naman, bilang mamamayan, mahalagang gamitin natin ang ating kalayaan sa paggawa ng 𝑀𝐴𝐵𝑈𝑇𝐼, 𝑃𝐴𝐺𝑇𝑈𝐿𝑂𝑁𝐺 𝑆𝐴 𝐾𝐴𝑃𝑊𝐴, at 𝑃𝐴𝐺𝑀𝐴𝑀𝐴𝐻𝐴𝐿 𝑆𝐴 𝐴𝑇𝐼𝑁𝐺 𝐵𝐴𝑁𝑆𝐴. 🗣️

Sa kasalukuyan, maipapakita natin ang pagiging makabayan hindi lamang sa malalaking bagay, kundi maging sa simpleng paraan—𝑻𝑼𝑳𝑨𝑫 𝑵𝑮 𝑷𝑨𝑮𝑰𝑮𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑷𝑶𝑵𝑺𝑨𝑩𝑳𝑬, 𝑷𝑨𝑮𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑷𝑬𝑻𝑶 𝑺𝑨 𝑲𝑨𝑷𝑾𝑨, at 𝑷𝑨𝑮𝑷𝑨𝑷𝑨𝑯𝑨𝑳𝑨𝑮𝑨 𝑺𝑨 𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑲𝑼𝑳𝑻𝑼𝑹𝑨 𝑨𝑻 𝑲𝑨𝑺𝑨𝒀𝑺𝑨𝒀𝑨𝑵. May this month be the month where the 𝐋𝐆𝐁𝐓𝐐𝐈𝐀+🏳️‍🌈 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 be 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 truly without being judged for who they are, and just who they want to be🫂.
