As we commemorate Philippine Independence Day, we honor the courage of those who dreamed of a free Philippines and fought to make it possible. Their sacrifices gave us more than independence—they gave us a nation rich in stories, culture, heritage, and identity.

Through tourism, we become storytellers of the nation’s heritage, carrying forward the narratives, traditions, and places that define who we are as Filipinos. Every destination, every tradition, and every Filipino story is a reminder that freedom lives on through the generations that choose to remember.

𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐬, 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 💙✨

Located in Antipolo City, CRIBS Foundation provides care, protection, and support for abandoned, neglected, and abused children. During our visit, we shared donations, conducted activities, and spent meaningful time with them, making the day both memorable and fulfilling for everyone.

This outreach was made possible through everyone who availed our TRAIL Merch for a Cause initiative, the efforts of our previous TRAIL seniors who brought this project to life, and all the students who generously contributed. Thank you for helping us make this visit possible and for allowing us to extend kindness beyond our campus.

Our Fourth Year Tourism students took part in an educational tour in Malaysia, experiencing its vibrant mix of modern cityscapes, cultural landmarks, and well-known tourist destinations. Upon arrival in Kuala Lumpur, they were introduced to organized travel arrangements that reflect how international tours are professionally handled.

The journey included visits to Putrajaya, Genting Highlands, and a full Kuala Lumpur city tour, where students explored iconic structures, cultural sites, and scenic viewpoints. Each destination gave them a closer understanding of how attractions are managed and how tourism supports both culture and development.

The experience concluded with a full day at Sunway Lagoon, highlighting the role of leisure and recreational tourism in the industry. Throughout the trip, students gained valuable exposure to real tourism operations and practices that strengthened their learning in the field.
