Our Executive Director, Atty. Dulce also represents the youth sector as Chairperson of ICA AP Committee on Youth Co-operation, and has a seat at the Board of International Co-operative Alliance-Asia and Pacific.

She attended the Regional Board Meeting in Guangzhou, China, attended the Coop Forum hosted by All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Coop, and visited various cooperatives in Guangzhou.

Not only are we represented in the labor sector, but we also advance youth development and engagement in cooperatives!

ICYMI: ULSCC conducted a Consultative Forum with Labor Service Cooperatives this July, which was graced by our new CDA Chairperson, Usec. Alex Raquepo as the Keynote Speaker.

Among the panelists were Atty. Andrea Melosantos of DOLE-NCR MALSU, Mr. Nick Pellejera, Jr., CPA, and Asec. Vergel Hilario of CDA.
