From May 18–21, 2026, educators, child protection focal persons, and guidance teachers gathered in Dipolog City for the “Training of Teachers: Delivering Effective Personal Safety Lessons for Child Protection in School” — a 4-day Training of Trainers focused on strengthening child protection mechanisms, handling disclosures, understanding child s*xual abuse and OSAEC, and equipping schools to deliver effective Personal Safety Lessons (PSL).
Through workshops, simulations, role-playing, and collaborative learning, participants deepened their commitment to protecting children both offline and online.
This activity is part of the project “Stopping Cybercrime Against Children: More Safety and Protection on the Internet”, reinforcing our collective responsibility to ensure that every child grows up in a safe, protected, and empowering environment.
