The ERCP National Convention is the highest official administrative and executive gathering of EVO Riders Club Philippines Incorporated (ERCP). It serves as the organization's platform for leadership, governance, unity, and long-term planning.

𝗜𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀:

1. Strengthening club leadership skills and organizational management.

2. Reviewing the club accomplishments, national projects and challenges of the previous year.

3. Discussing and reading policies, bylaws, and code of conduct to all event participants.

4. Electing or confirming national officers (according to the organization's governing rules).

5. Providing leadership training and sharing best practices among chapters.

6. Building stronger relationships and cooperation between chapter leaders nationwide.

7. Reporting general membership status and statistics numbers, updated club full pledge membership data-base report.

𝗜𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀:

1. Setting the organization's vision, goals, and strategic direction for the coming years.

2. Promoting unity, brotherhood, discipline, and humanitarian service among all members.

3. Recognizing outstanding chapters, officers, and members through awards and honors.

4. Presenting NSC financial report, fundrasings, event expenses, operational, and committee reports for transparency and accountability.

5. Standardizing programs, activities, and membership policies across all chapters.

6. Strengthening the ERCP identity, culture, and commitment to serving communities.

Basic Life Support (BLS) & Emergency Response Training

Every second counts in an emergency, and every trained responder has the power to make a difference.

The ERCP Road Rapid Response (ERCP-R3) program equips motorcycle riders with essential Basic Life Support (BLS), roadside emergency response, scene safety, CPR & AED, bleeding control, and casualty handling skills—preparing them to respond effectively while waiting for professional medical services.

Through discipline, teamwork, and continuous training, ERCP is committed to building a community of responsible riders who value safety, service, and compassion both on and off the road. Together, we ride with purpose, protect lives, and uphold our commitment to public service.

This initiative of EVO Riders Club Philippines (ERCP) transforms simple souvenir photos into meaningful opportunities to serve communities. Through voluntary donations, every "pitik" helps fund outreach programs that bring food to the hungry, support to families in need, educational assistance to children, medical missions, disaster relief, and other humanitarian efforts.

Established in 2020, the ERCP Sub-Groups provides every member with an opportunity to serve according to their passion, skills, and expertise while strengthening the organization's commitment to humanitarian service, road safety, environmental stewardship, creativity, and unity.

Together, these specialised teams allow EVO Riders Club Philippines Inc. to make a greater and more meaningful impact both within the organization and in the communities we serve.

1. ERCP Road Rapid Response

Purpose:
• To provide trained volunteers who are ready to respond during emergencies, road incidents, disasters, and humanitarian operations.

Mission:
• Promote road safety awareness.
• Assist accident victims until professional responders arrive.
• Support emergency rescue operations and disaster response.
• Train members in basic emergency preparedness and first aid.

Community Impact: Saving lives, promoting safer roads, and providing immediate assistance during emergencies.

2. ERCP Lente

Purpose:
To preserve the history, milestones, and stories of ERCP through photography, videography, and digital storytelling.

Mission:
• Document club activities and humanitarian projects.
• Promote positive public awareness.
• Inspire members through visual storytelling.
• Showcase the organization's achievements.

Community Impact: Sharing inspiring stories that encourage volunteerism and responsible riding.

3. ERCP Cares

Purpose:
To lead humanitarian outreach and community service projects that bring hope and support to those in need.

Mission:
• Organise charity and donation drives.
•Conduct relief operations during disasters.
• Support blood donation, medical missions, and feeding programmes.
• Build partnerships with communities and charitable institutions.

Community Impact: Improving lives through compassion, service, and meaningful outreach.

4. ERCP Lady Riders

Purpose:
• To empower women riders by creating a welcoming environment that promotes leadership, confidence, friendship, and active participation within ERCP.

Mission:
• Encourage women's involvement in riding and community service.
• Develop female leaders within the organisation.
• Promote mentorship, unity, and mutual support.
• Inspire more women to become responsible riders and volunteers.

Community Impact: Building confident women leaders who contribute to community service and road safety.

5. ERCP Ecolife Society

Purpose:
• To encourage environmental responsibility and sustainable living among members and local communities.

Mission:
• Organise tree planting and clean-up drives.
• Promote environmental education.
• Support waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
• Advocate responsible riding that respects nature.

Community Impact: Creating cleaner communities and helping protect the environment for future generations.

6. ERCP Creative Media

Purpose:
• To strengthen ERCP's digital presence through creative content, branding, education, and public information.

Mission:
• Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
•Support official ERCP announcements and campaigns.
• Educate members through digital content.
• Build a positive and professional public image of ERCP.

Community Impact: Using digital media to educate, inspire, promote volunteerism, and encourage responsible motorcycling.

Although each ERCP Sub-Group has a specialised role, they all work together with one shared mission:

ERCP Cares Blood Donation Drive Project is a humanitarian initiative of EVO Riders Club Philippines (ERCP) that promotes voluntary blood donation to help save lives and support hospitals, patients, and communities in need.

Guided by the theme "𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗸, 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆.", the project encourages members, volunteers, and the public to become regular blood donors, recognising that a single blood donation can make a life-changing difference for someone facing an emergency, surgery, illness, or trauma.

More than a donation drive, this project reflects ERCP's commitment to community service, compassion, and brotherhood. It demonstrates that the spirit of riding extends beyond the road—into serving others through meaningful acts of kindness.

Our Mission: To inspire voluntary blood donation, strengthen community partnerships, and help ensure a safe and adequate blood supply for those in need.
