𝐈. 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝟏𝐀 (Health History & Pre-Hajj Screening) of the Pilgrim Health Card 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 𝐇𝐚𝐣𝐣 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐍𝐨. 𝟐𝟕-𝟎𝟎𝟖;
• 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝟏𝐀 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐦 themselves or, under valid circumstances, by an immediate family member.
• 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐱𝐲: Under no circumstances shall an accredited Sheikh or any other third-party representative accomplish, fill out, or sign the health history questionnaire on behalf of the pilgrim.
• 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬: Acceptance of medical certificates and laboratory test results commences on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. This accounts for the required 3-month validity period of medical certificates relative to the 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐣𝐢 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠.
• 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: All medical documents must be submitted 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕.
• 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:Non-compliance or failure to meet this deadline will result in the non-processing of the pilgrim's Hajj visa.

𝐈𝐥. 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝 (𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲)
• Onsite at HRPCs (Recommended): Intending pilgrims are strongly
encouraged to complete their hardcopy Pilgrim Health Card directly onsite at the nearest Regional Hajj Registration Processing Center (HRPC) to receive proper guidance from authorized personnel.
• At-Home Completion: If a pilgrim is physically unable to visit an HRPC due to valid constraints, they may fill out the hardcopy form at home. The completed hardcopy health card must then be submitted directly along with all other required registration documents as mandated by 2027 Hajj Advisory No. 27-004.

𝐈𝐈𝐈. 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬
• 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Intending pilgrims are required to bring a physical/photo copy of their passport when visiting designated laboratory centers. Laboratory personnel are instructed to verify the patient's identity directly against their passport.
• 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥: Pilgrims must submit original hard copies of their laboratory results and medical certificates exclusively through Regional Hajj Registration and Processing Centers (HRPCs).
• 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Medical certificates must be issued 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐛 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 "𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐇𝐚𝐣𝐣."

𝐈𝐕. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬
𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1. Complete Blood Count (CBC)
2. Urinalysis
3. Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS)
4. Creatinine
5. SGPT (Serum Glutamic-Pyruvic Transaminase)
6. Chest X-ray (with official reading)
7. Electrocardiogram (ECG) - with official reading
8. GeneXpert (strictly required for pilgrims aged 60 years old and above)
9. Pregnancy Test (for females of reproductive age)
10. Blood Typing (if blood type is not known)

𝐕. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐚𝐣𝐢 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐦𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬)
In alignment with health directives from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐣𝐢 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
• Major organ failure, specifically renal failure requiring dialysis, cardiac failure showing symptoms on minimal exertion, chronic pulmonary disease requiring intermittent or continuous oxygen, and advanced liver cirrhosis with hepatic failure.
• Severe neurological or psychiatric disorders that impair cognition or involve significant motor disabilities.
• Advanced age accompanied by dementia.
• Pregnancy during the final trimester, as well as high-risk pregnancies at any stage.
• Active communicable diseases posing public health risks in mass gatherings, such as open pulmonary tuberculosis and viral hemorrhagic fevers.
• Active cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or
intensive immunosuppressive treatments.

𝐕𝐥. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• 𝐍𝐮𝐬𝐮𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: BPE shall ensure that health data and clearances are accurately processed through the Nusuk Masar platform as a mandatory prerequisite for visa issuance.
• 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: All Regional Directors, HRPCs, and NCMF-accredited Sheikhs are directed to enforce these health guidelines strictly. Field monitoring teams in Saudi Arabia will verify the authenticity of health clearance certificates, and any discrepancies will lead to administrative and disciplinary penalties against the NCMF.

Pursuant to 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗸𝗵 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 (𝗦𝗔𝗖) 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟬𝟰, 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, issued on 8 October 2026, the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀 (𝗡𝗖𝗠𝗙), through its 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘂 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗕𝗣𝗘) hereby issues this advisory regarding the upcoming 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗸𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝟭𝟱 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀-𝗗𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗻, 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

𝗜. 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱
Following the call for applications published on 15 September 2026 with a submission deadline of 24 September 2026, the BPE received and endorsed a total of seventy-four (74) applications to the SAC for evaluation.

The evaluation results are as follows:
𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀: Two (2) applicants were found eligible and submitted complete and compliant documents. They are fully qualified to take the examination.
𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀: Sixty-four (64) applicants were found eligible, but their documentary submissions were incomplete or defective. To afford them an opportunity to complete or correct their requirements, the SAC has approved their conditional admission to the examination.
𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀: A combined total of sixty-six (66) qualified applicants are authorized to take the examination on 15 October 2026.

𝗜𝗜. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀

The National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), through its Bureau of Pilgrimage and Endowment (BPE), hereby issues this advisory to remind all intending pilgrims of the upcoming deadlines and vital requirements for the 2027 Hajj operations.

There, he led structural reforms in Hajj procurement and coordinated closely with international travel agencies, work that put him squarely in charge of field and flight logistics during the demanding 2019 and 2023 Hajj cycles. Through the HRPCs, the Bureau now runs an updated registration system that requires proper documentary verification before an Order of Payment is even issued. Usudan also did away with the old lump-sum payment setup: the official NCMF Hajj schedule now covers Mutawwif fees (the Saudi field service provider fees) only, while airfares, mandatory immunizations, and Sheikh services are processed separately. Through open-forum debriefings on transit through critical checkpoints (the Masha'er experiences in Arafat, Mina, and Muzdalifah), Usudan has built an administrative culture that regularly examines weak points in electronic data processing, medical response times, and payment verification.

𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

As head of the Bureau of Pilgrimage and Endowment, Usudan carries the responsibility of managing travel documentation, fee collection, and the overall welfare of thousands of Filipino Muslims preparing for one of the five pillars of Islam. His administration has focused heavily on the pre-departure phase, making sure pilgrims are not just logistically ready but legally and spiritually secure too.

Under his direction, the Bureau brought back its full lineup of Pre-Departure Orientation Seminars (PDOS) held across the Philippines. The 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀 (𝗡𝗖𝗠𝗙), through its 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘂 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗕𝗣𝗘), hereby opens the 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗸𝗵 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝗷𝗷 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆.

Annex C (Guidelines for Sheikh Accreditation) of the 2025 Revised NCMF Hajj Operations Manual provides the following:

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟯-𝗔. 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀

1. Must not be sixty-five (65) years old and above at the time of the competency examination;
2. Must be physically and mentally fit, supported by a medical certificate preferably issued by an NCMF medical officer;
3. Must be a resident of the Philippines at the time of the application;
4. Must be able to read, write, and speak Arabic and a Kulliyah graduate of a recognized Islamic institution;
5. Must have performed Hajj at least twice within the last five (5) seasons immediately prior to the Hajj year of application;
6. Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in leading or assisting pilgrim groups;
7. Must not have any pending criminal case in the Philippines or in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and must not have been convicted of any crime in either jurisdiction;
8. Must not be currently employed at the NCMF; and
9. Must submit all required supporting documents.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟯-𝗖. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

In both cases, applicants must accomplish the Notarized Application Form (see Section 5) and attach original or authenticated copies of the required supporting documents.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟱-𝗔. 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀

1. Duly accomplished Sheikh Accreditation Application Form;
2. Endorsement Letter from the concerned NCMF Regional Office;
3. Proof of graduation in Islamic studies (Kulliyah) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 at least a High School diploma in western education;
4. Barangay Clearance and NBI or Police Clearance;
5. Notarized Affidavit of No Pending Case and No Criminal Conviction;
6. Medical Certificate issued within the last two (2) months, preferably by an NCMF doctor;
7. Two (2) recent 2x2 ID photos;
8. Proof of having performed the Hajj at least twice within the last five (5) Hajj seasons.

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

𝗔𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Intending pilgrims must be at least 12 years of age pursuant to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (MOHU) instructions.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Applicants must possess a Philippine passport with a minimum validity of one (1) year from pilgrims’ date of registration.

𝗜𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, the official receipt issued by the DFA confirming their pending passport application or renewal may be presented at the time of registration. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽-𝗯𝘆-𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲

Intending pilgrims, or their duly authorized NCMF-Accredited Sheikhs, must complete the following mandatory steps:

1. 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Complete the registration process either online via https://tally.so/r/yPajxd or onsite.

2. 𝗛𝗥𝗣𝗖 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Proceed to the nearest HRPC for compliance verification and the issuance of an Order of Payment.

3. 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Visit any Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) branch to submit the corresponding Mutawwif fees payable in US Dollars only. Secure the machine-validated LBP deposit slip, ensuring you retain the appropriate copies (one original copy to be returned to the HRPC, alongside carbon copies for the bank and the payee).

𝗡𝗖𝗠𝗙 𝗛𝗔𝗝𝗝 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗟𝗕𝗣 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟬𝟲𝟮𝟰 𝟬𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝟰𝟯

4. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: The payment is limited to Mutawiff Fees only in accordance with the published schedule of fees and shall not include flight tickets and other logistical expenses). 𝗮. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Intending pilgrims are strongly advised to coordinate exclusively with NCMF-Accredited Sheikhs, all of whom are selectable within the official registration platform.
