๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ต ๐—ฉ๐—ผ๐—น๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—™๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—–๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฒ (๐—ฌ๐—ฉ๐—™๐—–) is an interactive leadership training program of the Red Cross Youth Department aiming to enhance a youthโ€™s leadership skills and also deepen the knowledge about the Red Cross Movement as member of the organization, its goal is to influence and educate youth on the values of a leader and as a humanitarian volunteer.

It is a two-day training program which is composed of three modules:

(a) Youth Volunteer Orientation Module
(b) Values Formation
(c) Team Development

Do you meet the following requirements?
โœ…17-30 years old
โœ…Currently enrolled at Western Philippines University- PPC Campus
โœ… One who serves his own free will without asking compensation and anything in return
โœ… FUELED WITH COMPASSION!
