𝗝𝗣𝗔𝗔 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗨𝗠𝗣𝗛𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗞𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

The Junior Philippine Association of Agriculturists (JPAA) emerged as the champion in the sack race competition during PASIKLABAN 2025, outperforming several student organizations from the university.

Despite being one of the smaller delegations, JPAA exhibited impressive coordination, determination, and sportsmanship — proving that size is no barrier to success. Their win reflects not only physical agility but also the strong sense of unity within the organization.

This achievement is a testament to JPAA’s growing presence in co-curricular engagements, living up to the saying that they may be “small but terrible” — capable of great things through teamwork and dedication.

The University of Southern Mindanao - Junior Philippine Association of Agriculturist (USM-JPAA) is now an officially accredited academic organization for the First Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 at the University of Southern Mindanao.

Although the accreditation process experienced delays, this achievement underscores the organization's perseverance and commitment to fostering academic excellence, student leadership, and agricultural development.

Indeed, as the saying goes, ‘better late than never’—because progress, no matter how delayed, remains meaningful when driven by purpose.

𝗝𝗣𝗔𝗔 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗦 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗔𝗧 𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗞𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗦 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗭 𝗕𝗢𝗪𝗟!

The entire JPAA family extends our heartfelt congratulations to Erlyn May C. Gener, Vinz Aerol N. Gargoles, and Cydel F. Enero for their outstanding performance in the EconKnews: Intercollegiate Economics Quiz Bowl as part of Economics Week 2024, held on November 15, 2024.

Competing against five other societies, our brilliant team triumphed and brought home the championship title, showcasing their exceptional knowledge in economics. Their dedication, expertise, and excellent teamwork were key to earning the coveted title.

The event, which kicked off at 7:00 AM at the CBDEM-LED AVR, allowed participants to demonstrate their mastery of various economic topics, further highlighting JPAA’s commitment to academic excellence. We are incredibly proud of our members and their remarkable achievement!

𝗝𝗣𝗔𝗔'𝗦 𝗠𝗟 𝗦𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗗 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗞𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗦!

The JPAA ML team made an impressive run in the Pasiklaban 2024 tournament, reaching the semifinals with outstanding performances from Deaniel Jhon Uy, Carl John Trinidad, Eugene Earl Valdez, Jarrelle Ferolino, Rene Garcia, and Riki Pacalang. Although their journey ended in the semifinals, their exceptional teamwork, strategy, and dedication throughout the competition left a lasting mark.

Their road to the semifinals was filled with intense matches and brilliant plays, showcasing their talent and sportsmanship. While the finals remain out of reach this time, their efforts have made the JPAA society proud.
