Recap ✨❤️ Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling (PMOC) 💍❤️
Ang Pre-Marriage Counseling ay isang mahalagang programa para sa mga magkasintahang naghahanda nang magpakasal.
Ito ay kinakailangang dumaan sa proseso bago makakuha ng marriage license, at isinasagawa nang libre sa pamamagitan ng Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) at iba pang awtorisadong tanggapan.
Layunin ng counseling na tulungan ang mga magiging mag-asawa na mas mapaghandaan ang kanilang buhay pamilya, responsableng pagiging magulang, family planning, at iba pang mahahalagang usapin sa pagsasama.
📌 Ang Sablan MSWDO ay handang maglingkod at gumabay sa mga mag-asawang naghahanda para sa kanilang bagong yugto ng buhay.

📣ATTENTION: 3RD QUARTER 2026 SOCPEN PAY-OUT SCHEDULE ⬇️☑️📢

Please take note of the payout schedule for the 3rd Quarter 2026 Social Pension in your respective barangays and bring the following:

1. National ID or National ID (PVC or in paper)
2. OSCA ID or Temporary OSCA ID

For authorized representatives, the claimant shall present the following:
1. Accomplished Authorization - DSWD format (http://bit.ly/4tuiz05)
2. Photocopy of OSCA ID and National ID of the Beneficiary
3. Photocopy of ID of the Claimant

For deceased beneficiaries, the claimant shall present the following:
1. Photocopy of Death Certificate of the Beneficiary
2. Accomplished Warranty and Release from Liability (https://bit.ly/4uCKnAd)
3. Photocopy of OSCA ID and National ID of the Beneficiary

📢 Important Update for Senior Citizens and Their Families!

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has officially shifted to a new system to identify beneficiaries for the Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens (SocPen).

🔍 What's New?

✔️ Using Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Data Only
DSWD will now exclusively use data from the CBMS to identify and select new beneficiaries.

❌ No More Manual Applications
The Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development (OMSWD) and the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) will no longer accept referrals or names via manual or walk-in applications.

✅ Automatic Identification
Potential beneficiaries will be chosen automatically based on poverty rankings from CBMS house-to-house surveys.
