"Effective Parenting Program based on the trusted teachings of Marriage Encounter Weekend Seminar"

An effective couple becomes an effective parent - by building a strong, respectful, and loving partnership. Through dialogue with mutual empathy, shared responsibilities, consistent values, and positive role modeling. They can create a safe and nurturing environment where their children can grow and thrive.

Sep. 5 & 6 at Hotel Merlo, Makati City, twelve (12) couples/parents and four (4) solo parents completed the two (2) days seminar facilitated by Saint Roch ME Community of Pateros.

MEFP's Ecclesial Team; Team Priest, Fr. Naz Sawey and Team Couples, Edwin-Marie Tolentino and Philip-Weng Barrameda presented the teachings and values of Marriage Encounter.

Bless all the sponsors who made this seminar meaningful and successful.

With grateful hearts, we thank God for the past, celebrate His blessings in the present, and confidently entrust our future to His loving hands.

We thank our Spiritual Adviser, Fr. Naz Sawey for his spiritual guidance to us. Our mother community - Marriage Encounter Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. (MEFP) headed by President Couple, Atty. Jun-Tita Loida Virtudazo and Chair Couple Emeritus, Tito Robert-Tita Tinette Aventajado for their unwavering support and inspiration in fulfilling our mission and vision for the past year.

Saint Roch M.E. Community of Pateros, a trans-parochial community an affiliated and accredited of Marriage Encounter Foundation of the Philippines. Inc. (MEFP) was founded Aug. 22, 2025 by dedicated marriage encountered couples of various parishes from Pateros, Taguig and Pasig.

This year on Aug. 21 we will celebrate our 1st founding anniversary.

We praise and thank God for His blessings and guiding us to continue our mission & vision for the greater glory of God.
