The Philippine International Comics Festival is back! And this year, it’s an OPEN FESTIVAL! No tickets, all free access to the comics market, featuring Filipino Creators and Publishers, with International Guests from Southeast Asia, Australia, and Japan!

There will be three comics exhibits, featuring the PICOF Official Selection, the 100th Centenary of National Artist Larry Alcala, and the Country of Highlight: Japan! Featuring the SINTA (Beloved) exhibit of Q***r, BL & GL creators from Japan and Southeast Asia.

Attendees can join comics masterclasses and three days of festival programming of comic book launches, artist battles, panel by panel readings, and more!

See you on July 10-12, 2026 at Ayala Malls The 30th, 10am-8pm.

With festival partners Japan Foundation and BLushcon, organized by Komiket!
