SUBIC BAY SET TO HOST 2026 ASIA TRIATHLON PARA CHAMPIONSHIPS

The 2026 Asia Triathlon Para Championships is set to take place on September 6, bringing together leading paratriathletes from across Asia for the continent’s premier para triathlon championship.

Ahead of the championship, a Regional Para Triathlon Training Camp will be held from August 31 to September 3 in Subic Bay, providing athletes and national federations an opportunity for joint training, technical preparation, and knowledge exchange.

The training camp will be facilitated by World Triathlon Facilitator Neil Andrew Macleod, with the support of Asia Triathlon Para Athletes Committee Chair Anthony Lozada of the Philippines.

Athletes from India, Japan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, the Philippines, and Uzbekistan are expected to compete in the continental championship.

Presented by NTT, the event is organized by Triathlon Philippines in cooperation with the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), with the support of the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC).
