we understand that life happens and schedules change. Out of respect for our barbers and other clients waiting for appointments, weโve put the following policies in place.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hoursโ notice for cancellations or changes.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee of [X% or flat rate].
If you need to reschedule, please call/text us as soon as possible so we can fill your spot.

2. No-Show Policy
A โno-showโ is when a client misses an appointment without any notice.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

3. Late Arrivals
