is a youth-powered organization that envisions itself as a model of youth civic engagement, inspiring Filipino youth to take active roles in community development and social change. Since 2022, PasigLaban has implemented programs on education, health, climate action, governance, disaster resilience, and active citizenship, focusing on urgent youth concerns such as literacy, mental health, and good

governance. Through peer-led initiatives, advocacy, and partnerships, the organization creates safe and inclusive spaces where young people can lead and relive the culture of โ€œbayanihan.โ€

PasigLaban also serves as the Education Representative of the Pasig City Youth Development Council (2024โ€“2026) and the CSO Representative for Youth and Students in the Pasig City Development Council (2026โ€“2028), ensuring youth voices shape local policies. The organization remains dedicated to equipping, empowering, and effectively engaging young individuals to become proactive leaders who address both local and national challenges.

Tuloy-tuloy ang pagningning ng ating mga Sinag-Tala girlies sa Day 2! This time, kasama naman ang mga panelists who totally mothered the discussion and shared their invaluable knowledge and experiences with our fellows.

Sa ikalawang bahagi ng Day 2, nagkaroon ng Co-Creation Workshop ang mga fellows, sa tulong ng mga facilitators mula sa PasigLaban, upang makabuo sila ng kanilang advocacy projects para sa Sinag-Tala Young Women's Agenda. Pagkatapos nito, nagkaroon din ng world cafรฉ kung saan nag-ikot ang bawat grupo upang alamin ang nabuong advocacy projects ng bawat isa base sa kanilang Basic Development Sector at makapagbigay na rin ng mga suhestyon.

PasigLaban at the Committee Hearing on the Proposed Pasig City Youth Leadership Academy Ordinance

Ngayong araw, bilang Chairperson ng Committee on Education ng Pasig City Youth Development Council (PCYDC), nakibahagi ang organisasyon sa committee hearing para sa panukalang ordinansa na magtatatag ng Pasig City Youth Leadership Academy (PCYLA).

Layunin ng PCYLA na magbigay ng mas malawak na oportunidad sa mga kabataan upang mapaunlad ang kanilang kakayahan sa mapanlahok na pamumuno at mabuting pamamahala. Ilan sa mga mahahalagang puntong natalakay ay ang mga magiging mahalagang stakeholders ng akademya, ang mga kwalipikasyon para sa mga nagnanais mag-apply, at iba pang mahalagang usapin para sa ikabubuti ng unang implementasyon.

Patuloy nating susuportahan ang mga inisyatibang naglalayong palakasin ang boses, kakayahan, at partisipasyon ng mga kabataan sa paghubog ng mas makabuluhang kinabukasan para sa Pasig.
